Social media content for hotels and accommodation

People book a place, not a room.

Rooms, breakfast, the local area: Publiqo turns them into ready-to-post content, including in your guests’ language.

From 69 per month on the annual plan · no credits to count

Publiqo composed these examples from stock photos, because we don't have yours yet. That is exactly the point: the engine doesn't invent images, it dresses them. With your photos, the result is yours.

People book after looking at the photographs, then compare what they saw with what they find — and any gap ends up in the reviews. Publiqo works only with your own photos: rooms, breakfast, shared spaces, local area. Every week it turns them into stories, posts and carousels with captions and hashtags already written, including in a language other than your own. The entry plan costs €69 a month; the same level of care outsourced to someone else costs from €400 to €800.

What to post, when you don't know what to post

Three threads your trade produces by itself, every week, without having to invent them.

01

The rooms, one at a time

Not a collage of all of them: one room per piece of content, with what makes it different — the view, the quiet, the balcony. People booking want to picture themselves in a specific room, not choose from a catalogue.

02

Breakfast and the details

Breakfast is the detail that appears in every review, and the one that makes people choose between two properties at the same price. It needs to be shown as it really is, not like a brochure buffet.

03

The local area around you

Where to eat well, what to see twenty minutes away, when the market is on. This is the content that helps people find you when they are searching for the destination and have not yet chosen where to stay — in other words, people who do not yet know you exist.

Why the photos have to be yours

Hospitality is the sector where stock photos do the most measurable damage, because the comparison is immediate: the guest walks into the room with their phone still in hand. A room photographed as it really is brings in guests who find what they were expecting — and fair reviews, which in this trade are worth more than any campaign.

The maths, plainly

Having someone do it

€400–€800 a month

Doing it with Publiqo

69per month

Between €400 and €800 a month, depending on whether the consultant also handles photography and languages. The Light plan costs €69: one extra room night booked each month more than covers it. And for seasonal properties, the spend is concentrated in the months before opening — the months when people book.

What a hotel should post in a week

The best photos are taken on low-occupancy days, when the rooms are ready and empty: half an hour each season is enough to cover months of posts.

MidweekBreakfast or a shared space: the tangible detail of the experience.

Questions

My guests are from abroad. Can the content be created in other languages?

Yes: the content language is set at brand level. If you work with different markets, you can keep two brands — for example one in Italian and one in English — for the same hotel, and the Pro and Ultra plans cover more than one.

My business is highly seasonal. Do I still pay when the property is closed?

The subscription is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want: many seasonal properties keep it active during the opening months and the two before them, which are the months when people book.

Can I publish photos with guests in them?

Only with their consent. In practice, it is almost never necessary: rooms, breakfast, spaces and the local area cover everything that persuades people to book.

How does the trial work?

Seven days to try everything: upload photos and generate content. The card is only asked at the end, and if you don't continue we charge you nothing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account, with no phone calls or forms. The content already produced stays yours and you can download it whenever you want.

Does Publiqo post for me?

No, and that is a choice. It produces ready files — images, videos, captions and hashtags — and you publish them: no access to your profiles, no risk to your account. It's the last touch, and it takes thirty seconds.

What language is the content in?

The language you choose for the brand, regardless of the language you use the app in. If you work in two languages, open two brands.

Next week is already done.

You upload the photos, you find the content ready. Seven days to try, no card until the end.
