Social media content for personal trainers

Clients don't pick a gym, they pick you. Let them see you at work.

Between one session and the next, you are already taking the right photos. Publiqo turns them into a content plan with your name on it, and you get back to training clients.

From 69 € per month on the annual plan · no credits to count

Publiqo composed these examples from stock photos, because we don't have yours yet. That is exactly the point: the engine doesn't invent images, it dresses them. With your photos, the result is yours.

A personal trainer does not have a shop window: they have their face, their method and their clients’ progress. Publiqo starts from photos of your sessions — in your studio, in the park, at a client’s home or on a video call — and each week turns them into Stories, posts and carousels written in the first person, with captions and hashtags ready to use, without ever promising weight loss. The Light plan costs €69 per month; a social media manager for a solo professional typically charges between €250 and €450.

What to post, when you don't know what to post

Three threads your trade produces by itself, every week, without having to invent them.

01

The method, explained

Two personal trainers can teach the same squat to two people in completely different ways. Explaining why you choose one progression over another is what sets a professional apart from a membership, and people who understand how you think will trust you before they even try a session.

02

Client journeys, with permission

The client who can now do ten pull-ups could not do a single one back in March. That story, told with their consent and measured by what they have learned to do, is more convincing than any mirror selfie.

03

Where you really train people

The park at dawn on Monday, the twenty-square-metre studio, the client’s living room with two resistance bands and a mat. Showing the real places clears up the most common doubt people have when they message you: if I do not have a gym nearby, can I still do this?

Why the photos have to be yours

Stock images for personal trainers always show the same scene: a smiling coach with a stopwatch and a client who is not even breaking a sweat. People looking for you spot them in half a second, and from that moment on they cannot tell you apart from the next profile. Your own photos, even wonky ones, even ones taken with your phone propped on a bench, are the only proof that there is a real personal trainer behind the profile.

The maths, plainly

Having someone do it

€250–€450 per month

Doing it with Publiqo

69 € per month

For a professional working alone, a social media manager charges from €250 to €450 per month. One extra client buying a package of sessions is enough to pay back the Light plan, €69 per month, for several months.

What a personal trainer should post in a week

Three regular posts and one monthly post, all taken from sessions you are already running anyway. The best moment to ask for a photo is at the end of the workout, when the client is proudest of what they have just done.

MondayA common mistake and how to fix it, in a carousel: this is the kind of content people save, and often what prompts someone to message you.
WednesdayA session in progress, with one line on what you are working on and why.
FridayYour open slots for the following week, no more than two or three, stated clearly.
Once a monthThe journey of a client who has agreed to share it: the starting goal, the weeks that have passed, the thing they can do now.

Questions

Can I show my clients in photos?

Yes, if they agree, and ideally that agreement should be in writing, in the form they sign at the first meeting. For anyone who prefers to stay anonymous, hands, equipment and shots from behind work well, and the story of their progress does not need a name.

I coach a lot of clients online: is Publiqo still suitable?

Yes. Screenshots from a video call, your setup and exercises filmed at home are all valid material, and when you upload those photos online coaching becomes a category of its own, with content that explains how remote coaching works.

Can I write how many kilos a client has lost?

Only if they want you to and the figure is true, but it is rarely the best angle: weight-loss numbers attract people looking for a miracle, and platforms treat them with suspicion. Our copy focuses on ability and consistency, like running the first kilometre without stopping, and brings in more motivated clients.

How does the trial work?

Seven days to try everything: upload photos and generate content. The card is only asked at the end, and if you don't continue we charge you nothing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account, with no phone calls or forms. The content already produced stays yours and you can download it whenever you want.

Does Publiqo post for me?

No, and that is a choice. It produces ready files — images, videos, captions and hashtags — and you publish them: no access to your profiles, no risk to your account. It's the last touch, and it takes thirty seconds.

What language is the content in?

The language you choose for the brand, regardless of the language you use the app in. If you work in two languages, open two brands.

Next week is already done.

You upload the photos, you find the content ready. Seven days to try, no card until the end.
